Computer Facilities was established in 1982 and has grown to be South Africa’s leading Direct Marketing Specialist Outsourcing Bureau managing the complete processing of direct marketing campaigns. In addition, we offer response fulfillment and policy administration, laser printing and associated services in a state-of-the-art print division, and more. Computer Facilities is also registered with the Financial Services Board (FSB) and is a founder member of the Direct Marketing Association of South Africa.

Under the leadership of founder, Ian Geary, Computer Facilities employees have many years of hard-earned experience and a client-centric approach. In developing direct marketing campaigns, we believe consultation between the creative agency and an experienced campaign manager prior to the development of the creative work will prevent virtually all bottlenecks in the process. This is why we are an integral part of the direct marketing teams of some of South Africa’s biggest blue chips.

From a technology and systems perspective, most of Computer Facilities’ programming and systems are developed in-house which provides the following client benefits:
